A HOP, skip and a jump away?!

WHO KNEW?!

That there were Kangaroos (or rather Wallabies) just a HOP, skip and a jump away?!

Apparently daddy knew...

So we did our visit to the corn maze a bit early and went as an "end of summer" activity before school started up again.

It was a bit of a wait in line, but we survived.

It was WELL worth the wait to see THIS guy!! CRAZY!!

JK!! (Don't go to see THAT guy, cause he's not there!) 😂

The REAL kangaroos were much smaller and super cute. 

Rhys thought so too, until he became the poster boy for "animals gone crazy" and one tried to eat him

(or give him a hug. Yah, that's probably what he was trying to do) 😆

We got to hold the babies too, which seemed adorable, until you actually had one in your arms and discovered they are QUITE smelly...but still cute.

And another cute surprise were the Sugar Gliders!
The one was really fast at climbing all over you.
The kids rallied for a pair of sugar gliders for pets after we left...
